Just make a pot of coffee, grab a couple of mugs...make a few rounds of sandwiches...and pop round and do the 'i'm your lovely, nice, new, considerate neighbour' act.
That will lull them into a false sense of security...and they will think how nice you are....for a week or 2....
It works for me every time.....my neighbours change every few months...don't know why...  :laugh:  >:D  :laugh:

Hello, Colhad, congratulations on your rosette!

My favorite grunge band is Alice in Chains.  I listen to a lot of music, but I wouldn't recognize pictures of 95% of the musicians whose music I enjoy.
