Reminds me of a VERY old joke (as evidenced by the words 'lunatic asylum'). Look away now if you're easily offended.

A man escapes from a lunatic asylum, goes into a launderette, rapes the women in there and runs off. The headline in the papers the next day reads "Nut screws washers and bolts".
