Rather than start a new thread i thought i would pop into mine to tell you all that i won't be about for the next 2 weeks..we are off on our hols to Zanthe in the Greek isles...

I have had a very busy few weeks and have hardly been here at all anyway.
The end of the scholastic year is always busy, but this year worse than most.
There have been loads of redundancies in my college, and many of my friends and colleagues have gone..a few have retired too..a very worrying time.

My job was cut too, from full time to part-time/term time only....fortunately i was offered another full time job, which i have taken, willingly and gladly. I am now the new plumbing technician...good job i am multi-talented...!!
So i have been busy packing up and moving 2 departments, and settling into organising my new department...which is huge and brand new...

Anyway...all is well...i am relieved to say..

So, i am really looking forward to a break after a worrying few months.
Catch up with you all on our return...and maybe during..

Take care everyone in my absence...i will miss you all and the game of course..

Ta ta..XX

Oh, the Greek Isles!!!  Lucky girl, enjoy every minute.  I haven't been to Zanthe, but have been to several of the others.  I was once lucky enough to spent 3 months in Greece.

You are obviously not well up on your Kaiser Chiefs lyrics, birdy!!  >:D

Watching the people get lairy
Is not very pretty I tell thee
Walking through town is quite scary
And not very sensible either
