SASSINESS/ES – the state of being sassy/saucy https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/sassy (you’ll need to scroll down, Alan)
The greenest watt ever produced is the one you never use. Playing as jk1956 and John is my name.
When we come out of the Covid-19 crisis, we need to make sure recovery efforts address the Climate Crisis (which can't be solved using social distancing!)

I'll accept sassiness. It's in a few dictionaries. A recent usage example is from a TV review in the Globe and Mail:

Quote
There is Gaby (Jessica Williams), whose sassiness only slightly masks the turmoil she’s going through in her own marriage...

But I don't buy the plural. I see sassiness as an uncountable noun, and I can't imagine how you would use sassinesses.
