Feliz Navidad all of you and hope you have a safe and happy festive season! Prawns and ham here in the capital of Australia and a cold chook for a backup if needed. Meringues, mangoes, plum pudding and crème anglaise and lots of champagne and already played a few hands of euchre which can turn a peaceful family gathering into something else!

Recently I heard of an Eastern practice calledForest Bathing.

Whatever it is….it sounds truly lovely, mind clearing & refreshing.
