Manness is in the Merriam-Webster, as you demonstrate, so I'll add it as a rare word. I would say actually very rare, but it seems John Steinbeck used it in 1947, so I suppose we have to take it seriously.
However, I don't take the plural mannesses seriously at all: I doubt if anybody ever used that or ever will.
