Lilys field suggested
dydoe, a type of male genital piercing. As noted, there is a photo accompanying the
Wiktionary entry. There's also a lavishly illustrated article in Wikipedia.
I couldn't find it in any other dictionary, although Collins lists it as a new word suggestion, made in 2013 but still pending investigation.
It seems to be a genuine word, albeit specialized. Its origin is uncertain: Wikipedia suggests a variation of
doodad. Wikipedia has references to a few books and magazines dealing with the topic. The earliest published use of the word that I could find was in a 1989 book,
Modern Primitives: An Investigation of Contemporary Adornment and Ritual, by V. Vale and Andrea Juno.
I'll add it as a rare word.
