I miss Mike

I hope he’s okay - I miss his thoughts and his supportive and educated comments. It must be a year since he last played.

It was last September Jacki. At that time he said he'd only be gone a couple of weeks & would definitely return. I wish we could get some news.  Alan e-mailed Mike back then but, unfortunately, didn't get a reply.
If life gives you lemons, add a large gin & some tonic...

I'm afraid I fear the worst when a regular, or at least semi-regular, contributor goes AWOL. I hope I'm wrong though.

However— sometimes not knowing leaves a door open for the imagination to rush in.

Meanwhile. It’s out there in the cyber universe that Mike may possibly still inhabit:  that his contributions and persona are missed. He has a legacy here

I was thinking of Mike, and Les the other day - the Stye Riot reminded me of Apothecarygate. How much we miss them both and that both would definitely have chipped in.
