EGGINESS – the degree to which something is eggy e.g. a custard

When we come out of the Covid-19 crisis, we need to make sure recovery efforts address the Climate Crisis (which can't be solved using social distancing!)

Egginess is in Wiktionary, and is a word that people use from time to time. An example from the Birmingham Mail (UK) this month, talking about a souffle:

I'll add it as a rare word.
