Where is Mike...?

I'm concerned that it's been two months since Mike was last on the Forum. He said he would return in a couple of weeks.  On the off chance that you see this Mike please let us know you're ok.

If you send a personal message to Mike on Chi, I think he'll get an email notification that he has a message waiting.

The only problem with that is that the email address linked to Mike's forum account is a very old one that seems to be inactive. There's a different email linked to his Chi account, but I've had no reply so far to an email I sent to that address a couple of weeks ago.

It's possible Mike's staying somewhere without reliable internet access.

 last name is fairly uncommon, there is a fair chance he may be found thru the internet.

This may be my last rebus for a couple of weeks.
Although I  retired from full-time teaching some years ago, I have been asked to write and record some online lessons for Thai students who are still confined to their homes as a result of covid.
However, in the immortal words of either Arnold Schwarzenegger or Gen'l Douglas Macarthur - I shall return; I'll be back.


This was Mike's last post on 17th September.  I'm really hoping he's just got tied up with work but it would be great to know he's ok.
