missing 'New' notification in 'Forum Latest' column

Some time in the last 24 hours (I think), the 'New' icon in the 'Forum Latest' column stopped appearing for new items in the Forum. Once in the Forum, I'm seeing new items appropriately flagged.

It seems to be working for me on the computer using Firefox. However on an Android tablet, using the Chrome browser, the "new" indicator is missing on chihuahua-puzzle.com, but present on chi.lexigame.com. Which site were you using, TRex?

I have a feeling such issues have come and gone in the past, without me being able to work out what was going on. It could be to do with browser settings for cookies.

Okay, this is odd. I was on https://chi.lexigame.com/fullscreen.html (my usual page). When I switched to https://www.chihuahua-puzzle.com/fullscreen.html the 'New' notification was not present. But when I switched back to my usual page, the 'New' notifications appeared.

(using Vivaldi (Chrome-based) browser)
