Thank you Maudland, how lovely to be missed!

We've recently been released from lockdown, so I went to Sydney for a week to help my daughter with getting our grandchildren to and from school. She's just started a new job, and her husband is away in Perth caring for his sick mother. Looking after children, house and new puppy didn't leave me much time for Chi!

That sounds pretty full on! I bet she was glad you were there. Sounds like a tough time and that’s when mums are best, however old you are! I hope you got to enjoy the time with them even if the circumstances were tricky.

Yes I did get to spend some time with my grandchildren.

And our son-in-law has now returned after six weeks in Perth, so everything is back on a more even keel.
