Looking at your last post, Penny, I wonder if you understood what I meant when I said click on 'Quote'. It's a button that appears at the top of every individual post. I feel sure that if you'd clicked that button you'd have understood what you need to do.

Do you know, Pat, that's the first time I've ever noticed that 'Quote' button!

In the past, I've always first pressed 'reply' and then used the 'insert quote' option that appears on each post under your reply.
Same result in the end, but using 'quote'  seems easier.
Amazing what you learn

It is an achievement and justifiable source of satisfaction when you overcome a challenge, I reckon!

I make myself feel better about my technical inadequacy by telling myself that if I went out less, I'd probably be better at it... Yes, I know this is spurious and insulting to people who are more conversant with technology, so nobody needs to shout at me! It might not be true but please allow me to not feel like a fool!  :P

A good hag is hard to find these days!  >:D

Nah, some of us are still here (lurking, lurking), but speaking for myself, I only pop in every few days - heavy demands on my time these days.  Facebook is also taking up much too much of my time, with all the political things being posted by my friends.

Linda, do you remember the long-running "novel" we were writing?

Yes I do, birdy!  It was nothing short of a masterpiece!  Whatever happened to it?  Did it get finished?

Hi Letterjohnny,

Welcome to the forum.  Your first post is somewhat enigmatic.

I couldn't quite understand the message in your profile "Try playing on today's site if you want all the best sites in Sweden and great bonuses."

Are you related to Letijohn who started this thread in 2017 and then apparently withdrew from the forum?

Looking to hear more from you.

Jack, you need wonder no more, as I've deleted letterjohnny's profile details. Not because of any antiSwedish bigotry, but because of the several links to casino websites. I suspect, sadly, that both letijohn and letterjohnny are merely names used by spammers seeking to infiltrate advertising links into the forum. If I'm mistaken about letterjohnny, he's welcome to set the record straight.

Welcome John and thanks for introducing yourself. Actually it’s five years today since I joined Chihuahua (thanks to my sis-in-law, Doxydaisy, introducing me to it) and I hope you have as much enjoyment as we do. It’s a great way to pass the time, and I enjoy the community conversations and characters. I hope you will too.
