I obviously need to get more hardcover books...  :-P
The greenest watt ever produced is the one you never use. Playing as jk1956 & John is my name.
When we come out of the Covid-19 crisis, we need to make sure recovery efforts address the Climate Crisis (which can't be solved using social distancing!)

“Valveless” for me, too. And “selves.” Why would I get elves and not think of that ? 🥴

The thing that stood out for me from yesterday's game was how just a few points separated such a large number of players.

mkenuk, dragonman & rogue mother showed just how it is done with brilliant rosettes & rogue mother collected yet another maven.

Is anyone willing to bet when Mike's incredible run of rosettes might come to an end or perhaps have a guess at what his final count will be.
My guess is 33. ( the same number of wins that the mighty WINX was able to string together.) ... no pressure, Mike.

Yes well done to Mike. There seems to be no end to his winning streak. Sick of patting you on the back Mike.. haha no just kidding ;D well done! I have been missing the most stupid of words. Getting all the hard ones and missing the easy ones like leery in the last puzzle. Maybe trying too hard. I'll relax and have a wine while doing the current puzzle and see how I go. And again I say well done to everyone who plays these puzzles no matter what you score.

I found the LINEARLY game quite difficult and didn't get the rare big word INLAYER.
RM continues to show an amazing vocabulary and I think Mike will top 50.

You are UNIQUE....just like everyone else

Oh come on Mike you can do it. Les I don't do the punting.. my better half does that so I have no clue. But getting back to Mike I'm thinking 45. I've drawn blank with 3 words to go and the wine certainly isn't helping!

Obviously, as the game is still running, I can't reveal the 'missing' word.
Anyway, that is now eighteen in a row and a new 'personal best' - 21 '7bm' rosettes in a single month  - my previous best was 20 in June.

I am in awe as to how you pair managed to find all of those difficult words.
