Guess the word

I accidentally summoned the dictionary for a word in the haversack game and got this definition. If you're able to make any sense at all of number 2 (which I wasn't), can you guess the word?

You got it from the first definition. I couldn't think what would be cockney rhyming slang for skin. Yes, the word was vera. But could you make sense of the second definition?

....while I was racking my brains trying to imagine what might rhyme with rizla!!

I only know 'vera' as part of the phrase 'aloe vera' .

An English translation of Part II would be much appreciated.
