Very few dictionaries list
fugginess, though some include
fuggy, defined as "Muggy; stuffy; poorly ventilated", from which
fugginess is an obvious derivation.
And the word is not used often, but it does appear occasionally. A 2015
Huffpost article headed "Can Meditation End All Hangovers? (Clue: Yes)" began with the question:
Is it possible to stop alcohol-related morning-after fugginess, nausea, regrets and lethargy? For good? By the power of your mind alone?
I'll add
fugginess as a rare word, but I can't think of a situation where it would be pluralized, so I won't add
fugginesses.
