Saurian common?
« on: October 21, 2020, 07:10:14 PM »
In yesterday's QUANDARIES game, 'saurian' came up as common, found by 20 of 295 players. A candidate for demotion, I suggest.

I know the word well enough, but for some reason I always try to misspell it saurean!

I would suspect that many mothers of dinosaur-obsessed children might know the word. I know the word saurian, but probably because I am still vaguely interested in dinosaurs.
