Using Chrome, I can access the Forum and see the Flags on both sites.  But, interestingly, I've always had to click on the Refresh button to clear the flags.  For as long as I can remember anyway.  Curiouser and curiouser.

Was there a time when you didn't need to click the refresh button to clear the New symbols? I feel as though there was, but I'm not sure how it happened!

I'm with you, Alan.
I think the 'new' flags disappeared once the post was opened.

To be honest, my memory on that is foggy.  I can't recall NOT having to click the refresh button to clear the flags.  It has to be at least a year or more.  But it doesn't worry me at all.  Second nature now.

I'm using the Vivaldi browser (Chromium-based). I normally play Chihuahua from the chihuahua-puzzle.com site, I'll try it from the https://chi.lexigame.com site after someone adds something.

Before the changes, I could see the 'New' image, but it wouldn't go away until about an hour had passed and I refreshed the page (or at least the forum section).

Still using Vivaldi browser: when I go to https://chi.lexigame.com/fullscreen.html I see the new labels, but from https://www.chihuahua-puzzle.com/fullscreen.html I do not.

I'll be changing to using the lexigame.com one 'cause the labels are convenient.
