Missing players

Are there any further updates on Alonzo?  His continued absence from the game is worrying.

And what's happened to Les?  ???

Les left this message and then resigned from the forum.  This post and prior posts now show as being from Les303 guest.

I have no idea why he decided to take this course of action.  I have a few theories but none of which I am sure enough to make public because one does not reflect well of him and I really liked Les303 - whether that was the real Les or not.

He may have advised someone of his reasons by a private message but I have no evidence that he did.

Any information or insight would be appreciated.

I, too, would appreciate an update on Alonzo or, even better, if he is well enough to return to the game and the forum.

I sent a private message to birdy a bit ago asking if she had any news of Alonzo, and she said she would post something if she did. But I think she said she had been very busy and not looking at chi as much.

If anybody does have any news of Les I would also appreciate knowing.  Like Jack I have no idea why he did what he did.
It would be great to know how Alonzo is getting on.  Did I dream it or was it Lilys Field who was updating us previously?

Oh was it? Did I get that wrong, then? My memory has been a bit wonky recently.

Probably not Anona.  It's far more likely that my memory is wonky.  I worry how easily I forget things & then get frustrated when I can't remember.

Yes, it was lilys field who alerted us to Alonzo being in hospital, in this topic.

It gave Alonzo a lift to hear of Chi gamers continued interest. both his and Les's presence seemed so integral to those who follow our personas.

Alonzo is making progress in the rehab facility and hopes to be home in a few weeks. His spirits are quite good and once home, and settled in, he expects to return to the game.

It's heartening to know that so much good will travels across this community of the vast Internet.

This is really good to hear, thank you. And I'm glad Alonzo knows we're thinking of him and wishing him well.

Hi all,

I've been messaging to lilys fields about trying to send Alonzo Q an ecard.  That didn't work out (the link wouldn't open), but Lilys field has told me that she will be happy to print out any messages that people send either by request on the forum or privately thru Chi email to her and forward them to Alonzo.

Sure hope to see him back on the forum soon!

I bet he won’t be getting a trophy every day in the new puzzle!
