I did a rather inadvisable Firefox upgrade and it toasted all stored passwords.

Can you hear me?  Is this getting through?

I'm glad you alerted us to this, a non-amos: it probably explains repeated problems JCC has been having with his email password. He knows how to fix it now but hadn't made the link to Firefox upgrades.
