I obviously need to spend more time with Australians - I only got 3 out of 10 right.

I havn't looked up Zam-Buk yet I but shall have to, because I the thought it was a cough
medicine. Can't see what it has to do with Rugby  except the shouting

Very close, Carol, but it is not for coughs.

The only Zambuk I know is he ointment we used a lot when I was young. Is that the Zambuk you would have included in the quiz?

Yes, but it was not about the ointment but the paramedics who used the ointment.

I'm relieved that we have our first perfect score. Well done.  Les will be the first to point out that Brisbane people are always one step ahead.

You shouldn't need a quiz to come to that conclusion, Birdy. >:D

 managed 9/10

After finishing the quiz (which I thoroughly enjoyed) I wondered how well my
 children and grandchildren would perform.

When I Googled Zambuck, it triggered the "old" brain cells....as opposed to those which work on recent stimuli....and it's been driving me mad all morning. Never heard of Zambuck but it all sounded very familiar. After some time and some "creative" Googling I have retrieved the information from the darkest  archives of my memory.
Does anyone else remember the Rawleigh's salesman coming to the door and selling Rawleigh's Medicated Ointment....first aid kit in a can....used for almost everything imaginable?

When I first come to Australia I was introduced to the Rawleighs man by my mother-in-law

She was a great customer of their products but I dont remember buying anything, perhaps
because I have an allergy to housework !!!!

I thought Zambuck might be better known in NZ than Oz because of their attendance at Rugby games.

I wouldn't know as I'm probably the only NZer not interested in rugby.

3/10 and I had to guess on all of them! Loved the extra explanation that went with the correct answers.
