Hi Pen,
I'll try for a more user friendly rebus this morning. People should let me know if it is too user friendly.
The subject is a well known Australian poem.
The character count for the pictures is 4 3 12 3
The character count for the words is 6 2 3 8
Word 1 is got by concatenating pictures 1&2 and making a homophone of the result.
Word 2 is got by extracting letters 11 and 12 of picture 3.
Word 3 is got by extracting letters 4-6 of picture 3.
Word 4 is got by concatenating a preposition not pictured and a 4-letter homophone of picture 4.
Additional Clues.
You need a Scottish term for the mob in picture 1, picture 2 is what you see is what you get. The Drizabone Coat in picture 3 is an Australian icon. You need a description of one of its qualities. You are interested in the woman in Picture 4. Pictures 1-3 are conceptionally on line 1, Picture 4 on line 2.
