Hi Pen,

It looks ok to me.  I will try to catch up with my spoiler alerts later today and also set a rebus. I have one worked out in my head but it is too tedious to do on the iPad.

We have a Bosch repair man coming early and we have a mid morning appointment to get our flu jabs. COVID jabs are scheduled for 26 May.

I have to go an hide under the mythical stairs  as the thunder from the predicted severe storm has just started. I Missed last night’s storm. I slept right through it.

P.S.  it was Budget night here last night. I understand the Treasurer was constipated. He couldn’t budget.

This one is fairly straightforward. It's an ITV (Yorkshire TV, I believe) espionage / secret service series from the late 1970s.

The Bosch man has been and fixed the clothes dryer.  The best part was that it was under warranty and cost nothing.

We had our flu shots and the best part was because we are old, it cost nothing.

A number of severe storms formed west of Brisbane at about 7:00 pm, hitting Toowoomba, north of Warwick and Allora as they quickly moved towards the coast.

The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) said the large hail was reported about 7:30 pm at Wellcamp, near Toowoomba, and later at Helidon in the Lockyer Valley, and the Southern Downs.

The storms moved too quickly to deliver much rain to most areas, with the exception of Mt Mowbullan, between Toowoomba and Kingaroy, which received about 92mm. Further south, in the Lockyer Valley, about 60mm fell at Forest Hill.

The storms headed towards Brisbane and the bayside at about 2:00 am.

If you live in southeast Queensland, be on the lookout for ominous clouds and severe thunderstorms on Wednesday.

It looks like I might get out of dog training again tonight.

My rebus acknowledges that winning wars not only relies on winning battles but also on deceiving the enemy about what your future battle strategies will be.  This deception was one of the best.

I don't like the sound of all these huge thunderstorms you're getting!  I'm not sure under the stairs would be adequate for me - I'd probably need a purpose built sound proofed bunker   How does Bonnie get on with the bad storms?  or is she getting used to them?  I wonder if you did miss dog training?

If ever proof were needed that I'm slightly losing the plot I spent a couple of minutes wondering why on earth you were having flu shots in Spring   Men in white coats will be along shortly

I can get a good answer to your rebus if the second word count was 10(#4. #6) and the last picture is plural.  It involves the use of stamps by the OSS in WWII.

Can you give a bit more information on the context of your answer?

So sorry, you are quite correct of course & the last picture is plural.  It was busy & I kept getting distracted with one thing & another this morning.  When I was doing my research I read it as singular rather than plural.
