I'll bet you took a ride on the miniature railway.

It's suddenly very quiet here. The ex-Coorparoo mob are spending the last week of the school holidays down on the Gold Coast.  When they get back, they will be with us for a bit over a month before they move into their new residence in Cleveland.  I suppose I will have to start calling them the Cleveland mob.

We didn't take a ride on the miniature railway.  We walked around the far side of the lake away from the pub.  I'm not sure it runs all the time.

Zoe & I have had a lovely day.  We did a bit of shopping, had some lunch & then went for a walk.  It was lovely & sunny earlier but it's gone now

My rebus is one of Zoe's favourite films starring one of her favourite actors   It was released about 15 years ago.

Blue has submitted some new definitions for the Aussie slang dictionary

Billabonk:          to make passionate love beside a waterhole.
Bludgie:             a partner who doesn't work, but is kept as a pet.
Dodgeridoo:      a fake indigenous artefact.
Fair drinkum:     good-quality Aussie wine.
Flatypus:           a cat that has been run over by a vehicle.
Yabble:             the unintelligible language of Australian freshwater crustaceans
Bushwanker:     a pretentious drongo, who reckons he's above average.
