Over the past 10 days or so there have been a number of attempts to migrate this website to a new server. This process is now complete, I believe and hope. The motivation behind this move was to allow the site to be accessed more securely, using the
https: prefix, as discussed at some length in
this topic some months ago.
As I said in the earlier discussion, I believe the pressure on all websites to adopt the more secure approach is overkill in the case of recreational sites like this one. Some forumites did not agree. In any case, the Chrome and Firefox browsers have begun to display alarming warnings on sites still using
http:, and have said they intend to make these warnings even more obtrusive and alarming in future.
So you can now visit Chihuahua using the address
https://chi.lexigame.com/ and prefix the addresses of other pages, including forum pages, with "https://". I'll set things up shortly so that all visits to the site will automatically have that prefix inserted.
