Cyberscape

I wonder if I am the only person who tried cyberscape in yesterday's ten-letter puzzle (CYBERSPACE). It is perhaps too new a word to be included in print dictionaries, but Wiktionary has several quotes dating back to 1997.

Cyberscape doesn't seem to have made it into any more dictionaries in the years since your suggestion, RM: it's still only in Wiktionary. As for the word's usage, I got 35 hits in the News on the Web corpus, but then found that 30 of them were referring to a Manila office building of that name. If the word comes into wider use in future it may have a case for us to accept it, but for now I'm not convinced.
