I'm a bit of a saddo.....

To Whom it May Concern,
I would like to propose the word 'saddo' to our list.
Here in the UK we use this term to describe people like me.... :'( ...i.e. those with little or no life who play stupid word games all day...
 " that T is a real saddo... "
It is a recognised scrabble word....
Would any other saddoes [the plural..also up for selection] who are addicted to this game like to second my nomination???

sorry threeb, but on this matter i am a bit of a purist..
YOU DO NOT EAT SCONES WHILST DRINKING COFFEE...YOU EAT SCONES WITH TEA [not me]....PREFERABLY WITH CLOTTED CREAM AND STRAWBERRY JAM -NO BUTTER.
But as to the rest ok...pinkie at the ready...

Threeb....just so you don't make some awful social gaffe.......one may wear smart but casual clothes while drinking coffee, but for tea with scones, one MUST don a suitable dress. Muted colours, preferably, with just a hint of lace at the neck. Pearls or cameo brooch optional.

I'll have to dig thru my grandmother's old wardrobe for some of that. Make sure the lace coverings on the sofa are mended. And please, keep the seams on your hose straight!

A bone china tea plate and a cup and saucer are essential...no mugs for scones and tea...and linen napkins too...
