Tybo is a type of cheese made in Switzerland.

As far as I can see, tybo is not inherently capitalized.

P.S. - We used to have a recipe for tybo-filled meatballs.  We tried it with blue cheese, and it worked much better.  This is now our standard recipe for blue cheese meatballs.
Carpe digitus.
(Roughly translated, this is possibly the world's oldest "pull my finger" joke)

Tybo doesn't seem to be in any English language dictionary, with or without a capital T. According to Wikipedia (which capitalizes the word), it's a Danish cheese, not Swiss.

Usage examples are very sparse. I think the word is too obscure, even to be a rare word in our list.
