Perhaps we Brits have been rendered speechless by the yellow thing in the glorious blue sky and the feeling of actually being warm for a change.... :-X Still as it's bank holiday on Monday I'd better break out the umbrella!

Very jealous, Hobbit. We had three days of 80 degree (27 C) weather...and now for the past two days we've had several inches of snow fall and stick to the ground and temps in the 40s (about 4 C). Mother nature is playing very cruel tricks on us.

Crumbs Anonsi I've just spotted your post! (My daughter is fond of saying that I would never make a police witness :police:)  I thought our weather was unpredictable but that sounds awful :( Our beautiful warm sunny weather has now disappeared and we have rain and a howling gale!  Do hope things have now improved in your neck of the woods?
ps I have to confess that my geography is quite poor so I am now going to look on google maps to see exactly where you are.  I know it sounds a bit daft but I love to know where you all are! :-C
