What fantastic news for you, Pat!  We will try not to say anything amusing that could cause more pain to that broken rib!   >:D

AGH!  Wrote my message in the middle of a busy clinic at work and just noticed I put "your" instead of "you're"  :-[ Whoops!

Hobbit, that is what the 'Modify' link is for — fixing your mistakes (with luck, before anyone else sees it).

Thanks both of you.  It's a shame I'm not a bit more technologically proficient...?!
Gaye Christine, a friend and work colleague has just gone home to Cape Town for 3 weeks to see family.  Hope the weather in your neck of the woods is warm & sunny as she's a bit fed up with ice & snow!  Mind you I think it's a very long way from you?  Always forget what a big country it is.

Cape Town is about 1,200km from me in Johannesburg (about 750miles??) so totally different weather.  Up here we have rain in the summer, down in the Cape they have in the winter, so while I am sitting in the middle of a thunderstorm as far as I know Cape Town is sunny and clear and about 25 degrees centigrade now - ie gorgeous!!!
