i might have got it (maybe?) - but your hint made me think that "ARGH" could be a word - that's the kind of sound i would make if i looked in the mirror and i was glowing (unless i was wearing my hi vis vest - in that case it would be all right)- i wont even suggest argh to the gagl - he would probably knock it back on some pretext about needing two rs as in arrgh - back to the grindstone
