A variation on a well-known ditty
« on: August 18, 2011, 08:33:46 PM »
Our father,
who art in prison,
my mum knows not his name,
thy Riots come,
read it in "The Sun"
in Birmingham, as it is in London,
give us this day our Welfare bread
and forgive us our looting,
as we are happy to loot those who defend stuff against us.
Lead us not into employment
but deliver us free housing,
for thine is the Facebook
the Blackberry & the Twitter,
forever and ever...
Innit !!!!

Wow - strange but real.

Which ditty are you referring to, though? Do you mean the Lord's Prayer? I must have missed the pop song.

Yes, threeb, the lord's prayer. It's amazing how quickly the wags come up with jokes after events such as the rioting here in the UK.

An unholy mess over there, eh? Scary! Is the world going completely insane? I'm not usually prone to supporting conspiracy theories, but are we really headed toward something global in 2012?????

How scary it must have been for anyone in the area! Hopefully you and yours over there came out unscathed.
