I really did think that broast (combination of broiling and roasting, or combination of baking and roasting) was a word.
I see this term has been copyrighted by someone who does not know how to broast. This has nothing to do with frying or pressure cooking.
The word is older than his copyright, but his copyright appears to be capitalized.
