I wish a nurse had come and spent time with me when the twins were babies- i needed all the help i could get when i was breast feeding them both...not enough breasts or hands to do it really.....

Jade is gorgeous!  Good luck and happiness to all three of you.  Jay, I think older parents often have an edge.  They have more patience for a start and have had their years of weekend partying and don't feel that life is unfair when weekends are all child related.  Most of all (speaking for myself!) they feel incredibly lucky.
