I used to play Target games un newspapers until i stumbled onto Chi when looking for target type games.
I spend a lot of time on Chi now I am retired...don't know what I'd do without it.

I have Victoria Plumbing in my bathroom. One of the taps stopped working, it would have gone all the way round if the wall wasn't in the way. After a brief phone call VP agreed it was faulty and then impressed the hell out of me by not only replacing the tap but sending a man to do it. It was done the next morning, great customer service.

I have a joke about a herb and a fish.......this is not the Thyme or the Plaice.
I am in trouble with the wife, when asked what her favourite flower was I should not have said Self Raising.
Millie was going out in a see through blouse with no bra. Her Grandma asked if it was appropriate and Millie said 'sometimes you just have to let the rosebuds show'.
A few days later Millie told grandma some friends would be round later. When the time for her friends to arrive Millie saw her Grandma was wearing a see through blouse and no bra. Millie asked her Grandma if it was appropriate and Grandma said ''If you can let the rosebuds show then I can show the hanging baskets.''

I had a Fray Bentos steak pie yesterday. The label boasted 33% more meat... oh really? Like you I remembered them from my childhood as having chunky meat, lots of tasty gravy and a crusty topping but alas the memory was better than the experience.
The meat was hard to find, the gravy tasteless and it had a soggy bottom. The crust wasn't as crusty and it was smaller than I remembered it.
On a more positive note the FB suet puddings are still quite good and filling and you can get them without kidney too.
