For those of you who use the personal message feature in the forum, I asked a question of Alan re: arranging messages into conversation threads
His reply:
"Above the message inbox, there are three links: Messages, Actions and Preferences. Click on Preferences and select the option "Change Settings". For the first item, "Display personal messages:" select the option "As a conversation". Scroll down and click on the "Change Settings" button at the bottom right of the page."
You may have to set it up such that your sent messages are saved before this works properly - I had that set up prior. To do so, tick the "Save a copy of each personal message in my sent items by default." tick box in that same Preferences | Change Settings area.
