Title: Absentee chihuahuans
Post by: lilys field on October 18, 2021, 06:23:39 AM
My chum since 1972, known as Alonzo Quixote, sends regards to the Chi gang. Three years ago.he experienced an event involving an injury to his leg and has been in a rehab facility. Slowly, the leg is improving.  He lacks convenient access to devices that would enable him to participate here.
His hope is that within time, he will return home.  Meanwhile, he is safe and well cared for

Thank you for keeping him in mind.

Thanks, Paula.  It is really good to get the news that Alonzo is improving.

There are so many absentee chihuahuans that we don't get news about.  We hope that for their own reasons they have decided to discontinue their association with the forum and respect their decision.  But there is always that nagging doubt that their absence is beyond their control and as we are a community that cares, it is a cause of some sadness.

Keep safe.  Here is a video to lift the spirits (https://www.facebook.com/Taaffeitebordercollies/videos/1257190298087433)

Thank you for the update, Paula. It’s good to know AQ is being well looked after, and is improving albeit slowly. Please do pass on best wishes. I’m sure we all look forward to his return home, and to Chi, when he can.
