Hi there!
I tried the word tsampa, which was not recognised.
It’s the staple diet of Tibetans.
Roasted barley flour.
I read about this as a child (many years ago) in a series of books by Lobsang Rampa, somehow the word has stayed in my brain.
A google search certainly mentions it too.
What do you think?

Hi Perdita
Having eaten tsampa along with Yak butter tea [plus Yak hairs]
I would not be sorry should I never see the word again

The Merriam-Webster dictionary and Wiktionary both list tsampa, as a variant form of tsamba, which is already accepted in Chi. But, from what I can see, the tsampa version is the one used more frequently.
In any case, I'll add tsampa to the Chi lexicon, as a rare word.
