I thought this might have been the second ten letter word in yesterday's puzzle, but it was not allowed, despite being in several dictionaries. Here's the definition from one of them:
workstream/ (ˈwɜːkˌstriːm) /
noun
commerce any one of the areas of activity into which a company’s business may be divided.

Yes, I tried it too, and I suspect that many others did as well.
-
I saw it but didn't try it as I already had both 10-letter words and knew it would just get the 'sorry not known' treatment.
-
I tried workstream before I found the seed word.

Workstream, as a single word, is in the online Collins and Wiktionary. Some other dictionaries, such as the online Oxford, have it as two words. In the News on the Web corpus the two-word form appears more often, but both variants have been used with growing frequency over the past few years.
I'll add it as a rare word.
