The available letters allowed making Schlitz which at one time was known as 'The beer that made Milwaukee famous'. In university days, it was semi-popular because it was cheap, but its nickname was the removal of the L from its name, probably due to the changes made about that time (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Schlitz_Brewing_Company#Decline_in_status_and_sale_to_Stroh) in ingredients and brewing process! The puzzle brought back memories.
