Title: Charming!! A word or warning!

Having rediscovered the joy of 'snowflakes' thanks to some vigilant spotting by Birdy...
I made a very innocuous response to one of the comments on a snowflake...and have since been the victim to some not very nice comments back.....so be warned if you are tempted to do so [the snowflake came from someone called Kristen]...i noticed that someone else had also fallen victim to an abusive response....

What a shame!

How horrible was she, when i wrote something so innocent???

Hi T,
I think you just fell foul of a bored and rude teenager, not one of the true "trolls" who go around making nasty comments on other people's flakes.  Generally, the best thing to do is to ignore the little twerps.  When they make a nasty comment on mine, I just pretend to be terribly obtuse and turn it into a compliment - takes all the fun out of it for them.  There is one person who apparently out of jealousy makes very hurtful comments on the flakes of some of the good flakers, but I haven't heard from her in a long time.

I liked your flake, by the way - and left a message on it.  Let's see some more!
